HEALTHY NUTS LADOO

Date And Nuts Ladoo

Dates and Nuts Ladoos are probably the quickest and easiest sweet you can make for any festival or as snacks easy to make Date and Nut Laddoo.there’s no sugar in the laddoo they are very tasty and healthy too.You can also add dry fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, etc. So enjoy this sweet dish/snack with your family ...



Preparation time – 10 Minutes

Cooking time – 10 Minutes.

Total time :20 Minutes

Ingredients:




1 Cup Seedless Dates (coarsely ground) 

1/2 Cup Almonds (Coarsely ground all nuts almonds,kaju,pistachios)

1/2 Cup Pistachios 

1/2 Cup Cashews 

3 tbsp Poppy Seeds  

Ghee – 3 tbsp

Method:

Grind chopped dates into a coarse paste.

In a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee and add poppy seeds and fry them  till fragrant now add (coarsely ground) nuts powder roast for 2 minutes or untill they become fragrant once nuts roasted well keep them aside in a plate






In a same pan add the ground date mixture cook till paste become soft. 




Add soft dates mixture in a nuts and  mix well until everything is properly combined.Then form into a dough ball.








Grease your hands with few drops of ghee and shape the mixture into 1 1/2 inch diameter round balls.




Store in any air tight container and refrigerate for later use.
