Dates Dryfruits Roll.
Dates Roll is perfect Healthy breakfast recipe Also.
You can also prepare this sweet on occasion of any festivals with less time.
Ingredients
1 Cup Seedless Dates
1/4 Cup Cashewnuts
1/4 Cup Badam/Almonds
1/4 Cup Pista
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1-2 Tbsp White Sesame seeds
Method
In a mixture jar coarsely grind All Dry fruits.
Add seedless Dates In A jar and make grind until smooth
In a pan add 1 tbsp Ghee
Once ghee hot enough add poppy seeds and white sesame seeds. (Do not burn seeds)
Roast In a same pan all coarsely grind nuts.
Roast it well,Until crispy and crunchy.
Now add little ghee in a pan and add dates paste.
Mash it well.
Mixture becomes soft after 3 minutes.
Turn off the flame.
Take all dryfruits and dates in a plate.
Let mixture become warm.
Once mixture become warm,combine all ingredients well,Like dough.
Take Plastic sheet or foil paper.
Roll Dates mixture in it.
Give cylinder shape.
Cover tight and refrigerate for 30 Minutes.
After 30 Minutes remove dates roll from Fridge.
And cut it in to roll shape.
Dates dry fruits roll are ready to serve.
