STRAWBERRY FALOODA

Strawberry Falooda

Very delicious and yummy beverage cum dessert that is flavoured with strawberry syrup.Falooda comes in between category of beverage and dessert.But,I prefer to call it as a beverage.It is also layered with vermicilli rice sev,sabja(aka basil seeds) and strawberry syrup.Enjoy this yummy and delicious falooda with your family and friends.





 Preparation Time:30 Minutes

Cooking Time:10 Minutes

Total Time:40 Minutes

Ingredients:



1 glass milk

2 tbsp aka basil seeds(Sabja)

Sugar as per taste

3 scoops vanilla ice-cream (you can use strawberry ice-cream or chocolate ice-cream)

2 tbsp strawberry syrup

1/2 bowl vermicilli rice sev

Method:

Soak Basil seeds In The water for 30 minutes drain them .




Make the falooda sev as per package instruction. Take some water in a pan let it boil,add falooda sev let it cook for 4-5 minutes 




Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to stop further cooking.Once sev and sabza is Ready let assemble the falooda .




In a mixer jar,add strawberry syrup,sugar,ice-cream and milk.Blend all the ingredients well.





Add the rest of the milk in the blended mixture and mix well.

Take a serving glass,Add strawberry syrup,Spoonful sabja(aka basil seeds), cooked vermicilli rice sev then add 1 tablespoon of  strawberry syrup.



Add milk and again add vermicilli rice sev,ice-cream and little bit of strawberry spread.Than Garnish with scoop of ice-cream.



Strawberry falooda is ready serve immediately.

Note:

You can make the layer of your choice.

You can also garnish with dryfruits.
