Rice (Flour) Papad
In summers🌞,the quantity of pickles,papads etc are very large.So,I decided to make this recipe at home.I have made some few recipes of pickles like green chilli pickle and pickle-gujurati sambhar masala.This papads are very tasty and crunchy.You have to keep the papads in the sun to dry.Then fry the papads and enjoy hot.
Key Ingredient:Rice Flour Atta(Chaval Ka Atta),Water

Preparation Time:10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
Salt as per taste
3 cup water
Oil for greasing
Method:
Heat a pan add 3 cup of water let water boil once water started boiling add ajwain,salt,baking soda and mix them well.
On the medium flame,add the rice flour mix it well boil it on a medium flame until rice colour change slightly.if the batter seems thick add hot water in it. boil it for 5-8 minutes.
Consistency should not be very runny nor thick off the flame .
Take a grease polythin paper in the sunlight and make the papad by the help of the spoon/or grease the finger make a circle shape.
Make a small shape and not very thin.
Papad is ready,keep them in sunligtht and let them dry well from both side.
After that heat a oil and deep fry papad it will be very tasty and crispy.
