Mango Barfi
Mango barfi is a super delicious treat for mango lovers.You can make mango barfi with fresh ripe mangoes or you can even use mango puree or pulp.When it comes to the mangoes,I am saying that use the best quality and less fibrous mangoes like alphonso or kesar to get the best out of it.

Cooking Time:40 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 bowl milk
1 small bowl grated paneer
1/2 bowl crushed dryfruits
1/4 bowl condensed milk
Sugar as per taste
1 bowl mango pulp
Method:
Heat a kadhai,add mango pulp and let it heat.
Add grated paneer and mix it well,add condensed milk,milk,crushed dryfruits powder,sugar and cardamom powder.Mix it well till it thickens and stir continuosly.
Turn off the flame.Take a plate and grease it with ghee or butter.
Add the mixture in plate and freeze it for 20-30 minutes.
after 30 minutes Mango barfi is ready.
Cut out the shapes with cookie cutter.
Mango Barfi is ready to serve.
