KAJU BADAM PISTA KULFI

Kaju Badam Pista Kulfi

Kulfi is Indian dessert made by boiling milk till it thickens then adding condensed milk,sugar and other flavours too.The most common ingredients added in kaju badam pista kulfi are Cashewnuts(kaju), Almonds(badam) and Pistachio(pista) 


Preparation Time:10 minutes

Cooking Time:10 minutes

Freeze Time:4-5 Hours

Ingredients:


 1 small bowl cashewnuts,almonds and pistachio

1/4 cup condensed milk

Sugar as per taste

1 tsp cardamom powder

Saffron strands

1 cup milk

Method:

In a mixer jar,Add cashewnuts and almonds and pista blend it.


Heat a kadhai,add milk and let it boil once milk started boiling add crushed cashewnuts and almonds,pista  and mix it well.



Add cardamom powder,condensed milk,saffron strands and sugar.Mix it well for 5-6 minutes.





Turn off the flame and let it cool.


Once it cool,pour the mixture in moulds and freeze them in the refrigerator.


After 4-5 hours,remove the moulds and serve chilled.
