SCHEZWAN NOODLES

SCHEZWAN NOODLES

Schezwan noodles is quick,easy to make spicy recipe from indo-Chinese cuisines. Stir fry  vegetable and noodles with schezwan sauce gives a delicious  taste.



Preparation time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:


150 grams plain noodles

5-6 cup water for boiling


2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce


1 tbsp soya  sauce


1 tbsp vinegar


salt to taste


1 & 1/2 tbsp butter/oil


2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste


1 small onion


1/2 cup carrot


1/4 cup capsicum.


(Add  vegetable  as per your taste)


Method:


Boil 5-6 cup of water add a plain noodles and pinch of salt boil it for 2 minutes.


Drain out the hot water add plain water keep it side.


Heat the oil/butter in a pan. Add Ginger/garlic paste, prepared vegetable Saute for 4-5 minutes.Add schezwan sauce,soy sauce,vinegar salt as needed. Mix it well.


Add noodles toss it well.Cook for 2 minutes


Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
