SPROUT MOONG BHEL

Sprout Moong

Sprout Moong bhel is a healthy snack made of puffed rice (kurmura)  and sprouted moong, tossed all ingredients together like a bhel, with chopped onions, tomatoes etc. The Moong Bhel is an excellent diet snack.



 Preparation Time: 10 mins  

 Cooking Time: 0 mins    

 Total Time:10 mins    

 Makes: 2 servings 

 Ingredients:

1 cups boiled sprouted moong

1/2 cups puffed rice 

1 small finely chopped tomatoes

1 small finely chopped onions

finely chopped coriander

1 green chilli

1 tsp chaat masala

2 tsp lemon juice

salt to taste

Method: 

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

Sprinkle some coriander

Serve immediately.
