SWEET BUN||EASY TEA TIME SNACK||

Sweet Bun



Sweet Bun-Name only suggests that these buns have a lingering sweet taste. These buns can be eaten during tea-time. Sweet buns are very soft and spongy which you and your kids will love.

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cup All purpose Flour(Maida)

3 tbsp Sugar

4 tbsp Tutti Frutti

1 tsp Instant dry Active Yeast

1/4 tsp Salt or As per taste

Lukewarm Water(For kneading Dough)

Oil as Required

Sesame seeds as required

Milk(For Brushing)

Method:

In a bowl,add all purpose flour,sugar,tutti frutti,instant dry active yeast,salt. Add water and knead a soft dough for 10-15 minutes. Add oil in between if you want.

Place the dough in greased bowl for 1 hour.

After 1 hour,dough size doubles and dust some all purpose flour and punch and knead dough lightly.

Take a greased tin and make small balls out of dough. There are 2 methods with which you can make balls which i am writing in this blog as well as in my youtube video given below:

Method 1- Make small balls and flatten it lightly.

Method 2- Flatten dough and tuck dough to make balls.

Add sesame seeds on top of balls and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile,preheat a kadhai for 10 minutes and place a stand in between. 

After 10 minutes,balls size doubles and brush with milk.

Place that Tin in kadhai and bake for 30-35 minutes.

After 30-35 minutes,apply butter on buns and cover it with cling wrap or napkin till buns become cool.

After it cools,buns are ready to serve with tea!
