Roll Cut Kulfi |
Out of the varieties of Kulfis,this Roll Cut/Mawa Kulfi/Reduced Dry Milk Kulfi has it's own Position among all kulfi lovers. Eating Kulfi as a dessert during this summers is just awesome. I used to eat this kulfi during my college times. I just love it. You can easily make this during quarantine at home with homemade Mawa or Reduced Dry Milk. Try this Kulfi at home and Enjoy with Family!
Ingredients:
500 ml Full Fat Milk(keep 100 ml and 400 ml Separate)
2 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
6 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
100 gm Reduced Dry Milk(Mawa)
Method:
Take 100 ml milk and add milk powder and cornflour and mix it well.
Heat a pan/Kadhai and add sugar and caramelize it on low flame until dissolves and colour changes.
Once it gets caramelized,add 400 ml Milk and mix it well. You will notice the change in colour of Milk.
Add cardamom powder and Heat milk until Consistency becomes thick.
As it thickens,Turn off Flame and let it cool.
Once it cools,add mawa and mix it well properly.
Take a circular shaped air-tight Container and place butter paper below.
Add the mixture in it and place a butter paper above and close lid.
Keep in freezer and freeze overnight.
Place kulfi container in hot water so that it becomes easy to remove.
Your Roll cut kulfi is ready to serve!
