NACHOS || RICE NACHOS || HEALTHY TEA TIME SNACK



Rice Nachos

This Healthy and Tasty Rice Nachos are prepared without 'Maize Flour' That is Makke ka Atta. I have shared the recipe of Nachos With Cheese Dip (Click to view )in my Youtube Channel,but that were made with Maize flour and all purpose flour. But,here this rice nachos are equally tasty. Enjoy!








Ingredients:


1 bowl Water


1 tsp Oil


Salt as per taste


1/4 tsp Asafoetida(Hing)


1 tsp Cumin Seeds(Jeera)


1 bowl Rice Flour


Oil for Frying



1 packet Maggi Masala-e-magic


1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder


Chaat Masala as per taste


Method:


In a pan/kadhai,add water,oil,salt,hing,jeera and let it boil.


Once it boils,add rice flour and mix it well so that lumps don't get form.



Cover it and cook it for 5-6 minutes.


When it's enough hot,take in large plate and knead dough. You can add little water if you want.




As dough is soft,make large balls out of it.


Roll the ball thin and cut it in a large square shape.




Make small square shapes of large square and cut the small squares into half so that it forms triangle.(You can see in my Youtube Video given below)

Similarly,make other nachos of remaining balls.


Prick all the nachos using a fork.


Heat oil and fry nachos until crispy and slightly golden.




As nachos cool,take nachos in a container and add maggi masala-e-magic,chilli powder,chaat masala and close the Lid.




Mix it well and new flavour is ready!You can also keep it plain or make different flavours like cumin powder flavour,chaat masala flavour,mint flavour etc. of your own wish.

Note/Tip :


1. Use the same bowl for rice flour which you have used for water.
