COMBO MEAL|| SINGAPORE FRIED RICE +VEG MANCHURIAN+LIME WATER||

Welcome back in my Blog. Here,today I am sharing a combo meal and I am giving detailed description of each:

Singapore Fried Rice- It is a Spicy hot rice that is served as a street food in India. It is made with a variety of Hot sauces like peri peri Sauce or red chilli sauce. Peri Peri sauce is asia's one of the hottest sauce which is used in pasta or noodles.

Veg Manchurian- Veg manchurian is a super tasty and popular Indian-Chinese fusion recipe.The veg manchurian recipe shared here is a gravy version and is really delicious – with fried veggie balls in a spicy, sweet, sour, sauce. The recipe is also vegan.

Lime Water- It really don't need a description! Lime water is a refreshing drink in summers which we mostly offer to guests. I didn't showed the recipe in my video as well as blog.

Ingredients:

For Singapore Fried Rice:-

1-1.5 litre Water

1 Star anise

1 Cinnamom

3 Cloves

Salt as per Taste

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 cup Basmati Rice

3-4 tbsp Oil

1/4 tbsp Cashewnuts

200 gm Cottage Cheese(Cubes)(Paneer)

6-7 Curry Leaves

2 Green Chillies

1/2 cup Spring Onion

1 tbsp Garlic/Paste

1/4 cup Boiled Corn

3/4 Cup Red,Yellow and Green Bellpeppers

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Salt as Per Taste

1 tbsp Butter

For Making Veg Manchurian:-

2 cup Cabbage(Chopped)

1/4 cup Coriander(Finely Chopped)

3-4  tbsp Cornflour

3-4 tbsp Maida(All purpose Flour)

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Red Chilly Ginger Paste

Salt as per Taste

Oil (For Frying)

For Making Gravy:-

2-3 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

2-3 tbsp Spring Onion

2-3 Chopped chillies

1/2 cup Red,Yellow and Green Bellpepper

1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce

1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

1 tsp Tomato Sauce

1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Cornflour in 3 tbsp Water

Method:

For Singapore Fried Rice:-

In a Pan,add water,star anise,cinammom,cloves,salt,turmeric powder and let it boil.

After water boils,add basmati rice(soak it for 15 minutes) and cook it more than half(about 80%).

After rice cooks,strain it and keep it aside.

Meanwhile,heat a kadhai and add oil. Add cashews and fry till colour changes.

Now,in that same kadhai,add more oil if you want,add paneer and fry till colour becomes golden brown.

In that same kadhai,add oil,curry leaves,green chillies,spring onion,garlic paste and mix well.

Add boiled corn and bellpeppers and mix well.

Add half cooked rice and mix well. 

Add garam masala,salt,butter and fried paneer and mix well and Singapore Fried Rice is Ready.

For making Manchurian:-

In a bowl,add cabbage,coriander,cornflour,maida,garam masala,red chilli ginger paste,salt and mix well.

Meanwhile,heat oil and fry manchurian till golden and crisp.

For Making Manchurian Gravy:-

Heat a kadhai and add Oil and coarsely grind garlic and chillies and mix till colour changes.

Add spring onion and bellpeppers and mix well.

Add green chilli sauce,schezwan sauce,tomato sauce,soy sauce,tomato ketchup,soy sauce,salt and cornflour slurry and mix well.

Add fried manchurian and mix well. Gravy should be thick.

Serve Singapore Fried Rice and Manchurian with limewater and serve and enjoy!
