EASY AND INSTANT GARLIC PICKLE

Easy And Instant Garlic Pickle

The Crunchy garlic pickle is very easy to make and can be made instantly.I have made a small quantity of this pickle.You can increase quantity to make more pickle. Serve this pickle with curd rice, parathas or dal rice.Garlic lower's blood cholestrol levels. It protects us from heart disease, cancer, colds and flu. Garlic are strongest when it is raw and crushed.


Preparationn Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:


1 bowl garlic (peeled, chopped)

2 tsp asafoetida (hing)

Red chilli powder as per taste

Salt as per taste

1/4 bowl methi kuria(Fenugreek Seeds)

1 bowl rai kuria(Mustard Seeds)

Method:

Peel of the Garlic skin for the pickle,use garlic of small size flakes.

Heat a pan, add oil and let it heat. Add garlic and fry till it's colour changes light brown.

Take a bowl,Add rai kuria,methi kuria,salt,red chilli powder and hing. Mix all the ingredients well.


After garlic has fried,add the dry masala and roast it well,cook it for 2-3 minutes.


Turn off the flame.

Garlic Pickle is Ready!Serve with parathas,curd rice and dal rice.

Note:

You can also add turmeric powder if needed.
