GARLIC PEANUTS CHUTNEY

Garlic Peanuts Chutney

Garlic Peanuts chutney  is easy to make and very tasty.The taste of roasted peanuts and garlic in this chutney is important to give the taste to the chutney.




Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:




1/4 bowl garlic peel and chopped

Salt as per taste 

3 tbsp roasted peanuts powder

1/2 tsp amchoor powder

1 tbsp red chilli powder

2 tbsp oil

Method:

Peel Garlic and chop roughly. 

Heat oil in a tadka pan, add garlic and saute until garlic turns golden brown.Once garlic colour change turn off the flame. 







Now Add red chilli powder in mortar Pour this hot garlic and oil over chilli powder into mortar and stir with spoon.



Add salt, peanuts powder and amchoor powder to the mortar. Crush nicely until the paste gets smooth.







Serve with parathas,dosa or with idli.

Note: 

You can also blend all ingredients in mixture jar.
