CASHEWNUT BUTTER

Cashewnut Butter

Cashewnut butter is very healthy butter that can be eaten with bread. It is made by roasted or fried cashewnuts or with raw. Cashew butter is high in protein,unsaturated fats and B vitamin that help to boost metabolism,increase skin and muscle tone,enhance the immunity and nervous system and promote cellular health.

Ingredients:





1 bowl fried cashewnuts

Water As required( i am using 2-3 tbsp)

1-2 tbsp honey

Salt as per taste

Vanilla essence 1-2 drops

Method:

In a mixture jar add fried cashewnuts,salt,vanilla essence and water.


Blend all ingredients till smooth paste.

Once all ingredients blend well take cashewnuts butter in a serving bowl.

Serve with toasted butter.
