DAHI TADKA

Dahi Tadka

Dahi Tadka is very easy and simple recipe prepared in less than 10 minutes can be eaten with roti or rice it is very delicious, tasty and healthy dish with spicy tadka you will definitely love and like this recipe.



Ingredients:



1 bowl dahi (curd

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 chopped green chilli

2 tbsp oil

1 dry red chilli

8-10 curry leaves

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste.

Method:

Turn on the flame heat a tadka pan add oil once oil start  heating add  mustard seeds and cumin seeds let them pop up add curry leaves and red dry chilli,green chilli and  crushed garlic and saute for a while







once garlic colour turns golden add turmeric powder and red chilli powder mix all ingredients and turn off the flame.

Now take a bowl and add curd in it and add tadka in a dahi.




Add salt and mix it well



Dahi Tadka is ready to serve with rice and roti.
