Raab(Specially For New Mother)
Raab is extremely good Gujarati traditional recipe for nourishing mother and for people who have cold and cough.It can also be given to people who have lost their appetite.

Cooking Time:10 Minutes
Total Time:20 Minutes
Ingredients:
Half cup water
1/4 cup jaggery
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
Pinch of turmeric powder
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
Half tsp dried ginger powder
Method:
Take water in a sauce pan(or any other vessel) add jaggery and heat till starts boiling.
Take a pan,Add ghee,ajwain,turmeric powder and wheat flour.
Stir it continuosly till it becomes golden brown.Add hot mixture of water and jaggery.
Add dry ginger powder,heat it till it starts boiling.
Turn off the flame and serve hot.
