Corn Tikki
Corn tikki crispy outside soft inside taste delicious and easy to make and no onion no garlic too. Corn tikki are great as an appetizer or snack for any get-together or kids lunch box recipe also.

Ingredients:
1 bowl corn(crushed)
1 small bowl rice atta
Salt as per taste
1 bowl bread crumbs
Oil for frying
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Method:
Take a bowl,add corn,bread crumbs,rice atta,jeera powder,salt,black pepper powder,chilli flakes.
Mix all the ingredients well.
In your palm,spread some oil and shape each portation the shape of tikki.
Heat oil in a kadai/pan,Add the tikki and fry it on low flame so that the tikki did not get burn.
Take corn tikki in a serving plate.
Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
Note:
Do not add water while making the mixture.
