MOONG DAAL HALWA

Moong Daal Halwa

Moong daal halwa is a delicious dessert made with moong daal,ghee and milk.This is the instant version of making moong daal halwa without soaking and can be done quickly!So lets check this moong daal halwa recipe.I hope you like my recipe.

Total Time:40 Minutes

Ingredients:


15-20 cashewnuts,almonds and pistachio

1 bowl milk

1 bowl moong daal atta

1 bowl ghee 

Sugar as per taste

2 tbsp condensed milk

Method:

Heat oil in a pan,add ghee and let it melt.Add nuts(kaju,badam and pista) and roast it in ghee till colour changes.Take roasted nuts in a plate.



In the same pan,add remaining ghee,add moong daal atta and roast it well till colour changes into light brown.




 When colour changes light brown,add sugar,milk and condensed milk and mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.



Add roasted nuts, turn off the flame and mix it well.


Serve hot with extra ghee.

Note:

You can buy moong daal atta from any grocery shop.
