CHATPATA CHEESE CORN

Chatpata Cheese Corn

Corn is a ceraral crop that is part of grass family. Corn can be eaten boiled, roasted or cooked. It is often used  in making soups a healthy and tasty chatpata cheese corn made from boiled sweet corn. It is a lovely choice for kids tiffin recipe.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:



 1 bowl boiled corn 

1 tsp chat masala

1 tsp kitchen king masala

1 tsp schezwan masala

1 tsp fried rice masala

1 small bowl grated cheese

1 tsp butter

Method:

Heat a pan and add butter and let it melt.



Once Butter starts melting,add boiled corn and saute for 2-3 minutes.Add all dry masala(Chaat Masala,Schezwan Masala and kitchen King Masala).Mix all the ingredients well and saute it for 2 minutes.




Turn off the flame.Add grated cheese and mix it well.



Chatpata cheese corn is ready to serve.Garnish with grated cheese.Serve hot.
