Ingredients:
1 Packet crushed maggi noodles
1 pouch maggi tastemaker
2 tsp Schezwan sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 bowl whole wheat and maida flour
Oil for frying
Method:
Sieve wheat and maida flour with salt,oil and sufficient water to knead puri.
Heat a pan,add oil and roast the crushed maggi till they turn golden brown.
Once,it turn golden brown,add tomato ketchup,schezwan sauce and maggi tastemaker.Mix it well for 2 minutes.Turn off the flame and keep aside.
Take a dough and make a roll into small balls(like puri small dough balls).Press each ball slightly in your hand and roll it into circles with a help of a rolling pin dusting a little flour(if required).
Place the stuffing of maggi in the centre.Add maggi and pleat up the edges and give a shape like a potli.
Heat oil in a kadhai.Once oil become hot enough,add potli and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
Note:
The rolled out puris should not be too thick nor too thin.It should be of medium thickness and smaller in size than chapati.
