Paneer Pakoda
Paneer pakoda is a popular pakoda variety.They are crisp from outside and soft from inside.These paneer pakodas can be serve as snack,it can also be eaten with chutney or tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
1 cup Paneer(cottage cheese)cubes
crom seeds(ajwain)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Dried mango powder(amchur)
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
A pinch of baking soda
1 cup besan(bengal gram flour)
2 pinches of asafoetida(hing)
Water as needed
Method:
In a deep bowl add begal gram and all dry masala in it mix all ingredients well add water in it and prepare a batter (batter concistensy should not very runny)
Heat the oil in a deep non stick kadhai, add paneer cubes a few at a time in oil and deep fry on a medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
Drain on an absorbent paneer.
Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
