Thandai

Thandai or sardai is an indian cold drink 🍹 prepared with milk,almond,fennel seeds,pepper and many more ingredients lets try this refreshing recipe on this🌈 holi festival and enjoy with your family and friends.Happy Holi To All My Friends.




Prepration Time:5 Minutes

Total Time:5 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 cup Milk boiled and cool 

2-3 Tbsp powder sugar

20-25 almonds (soaked overnight)

Pinch of black pepper powder

Half tsp cardamon powder

Half tsp white peppercorn powder

1-2 tbsp poppy seeds(khus khus soaked  overnight)

1-2 tbsp fennel seeds 

Melon Seeds (soaked overnight)

A few saffron stands

Method:

Take a mixer jar, add almonds,poppy seeds,fennel seeds/powder, black pepper powder,cardamon powder,saffron  stands and melon seeds(magastari). 



Make a fine paste,take a milk in a deep bowl add blended paste in it.Mix it well

Strain the mixtur through a strainer,add sugar,white peppercorn powder mix it well
and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Thandai is ready garnish with saffron stands  serve chilled and enjoy.
