Thandai or sardai is an indian cold drink πΉ prepared with milk,almond,fennel seeds,pepper and many more ingredients lets try this refreshing recipe on thisπ holi festival and enjoy with your family and friends.Happy Holi To All My Friends.

Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp powder sugar
20-25 almonds (soaked overnight)
Pinch of black pepper powder
Half tsp cardamon powder
Half tsp white peppercorn powder
1-2 tbsp poppy seeds(khus khus soaked overnight)
1-2 tbsp fennel seeds
Melon Seeds (soaked overnight)
A few saffron stands
Method:
Take a mixer jar, add almonds,poppy seeds,fennel seeds/powder, black pepper powder,cardamon powder,saffron stands and melon seeds(magastari).
Make a fine paste,take a milk in a deep bowl add blended paste in it.Mix it well
Strain the mixtur through a strainer,add sugar,white peppercorn powder mix it well
and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Thandai is ready garnish with saffron stands serve chilled and enjoy.
