Sukhdi/Gorpapdi
Gorpapdi also known as sukhdi is a traditional Gujarati sweet made from whole wheat and jaggery and ghee.this is very easy recipe to prepare than any of the other sweets dish.

Ingredients:
1 bowl wheat flour.
1/4 cup jaggery (grated).
1/2 tsp cardemom powder.
1/4 Cup ghee.
Method:
Take a pan, add ghee and turn the heat low.
Once ghee melted and slightly hot,add wheat flour.
Mix with spatula,it will be thick.
Roast it with stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes till aata colour change light brown and you will get toasted aroma of the flour.
Turn off the flame, Add Jaggery it will melt away.
Quickly mix it,add cardemom powder mix it well.
Grease plate using ghee,pour the mixture into the plate.
Press the mixture using back of the bowl.Add cut alomond and press again.
Let it cool down for 3-4 minutes.
While it is warm slice into a diamon shape or any other shape and size.
Garnish with nuts or poppy seeds.
