Green Peas Cheese Potli.
Mutter Cheese Potli are made in a unique potli stuffed shape. With green peas and cheese stuffing are really delicious to eat. Crispy from outside and soft from inside.

Ingredients:
1 bowl wheat flour
1 bowl peas ( crushed).
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds.
1/2 tsp garam Masala.
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes.(optional)
2 cheese cubes(grated).
Oil for frying.
1 tbsp white sesame seeds.
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

Method:
Sieve wheat flour with salt and oil and sufficient water to knead into roti/ puri dough.
Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan. Add chilli,ginger,garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes When they turn light brown, add sesame seeds,garam masala,chillli flakes,crushed peas and salt. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Take a dough and make a roll into small balls.(like puri small dough balls). Press each ball slightly in hand and roll it out into circles with a help of a rolling pin dusting a little flour(if required).The rolled out puris should not be too thin nor too thick. It should be of medium thickness and smaller in size than chapati.
Place the stuffing in the center. Add grated cheese. Pleat up the edges and give a shape like a potli.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep fry. Once oil become hot enough,add potli, fry till golden brown from each side on low flame.
Note:
Dough should be smooth and tight not so soft.
