Pickle-Gujarati Sambhar Masala
Pickle Masala-Gujarati Sambhar is a tongue-tickling spicy masala.With flavoured mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds it is also called kora masala. which stays good for almost one year if stored in an airtight container.It can be accompaniment for dal-rice,roti and parathas.Add this masala in raw mango and green chilli for making pickle.You find this masala in every gujarati home.Heat the oil and let it come back to room temprature if you want to prepare large quantity of pickle masala.Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 bowl split fenugreek seeds (methi na kuria)
1 bowl split mustard seeds (rai na kuria)
1 bowl oil
1/2 bowl chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 cup salt
Method:
Combine the split mustard seeds, split fenugreek seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida(hing) and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
Add the oil and mix well.
Pickle Masala is ready.
Store masala in airtight container.
Note: Use same bowl for measurement.
