Navratri Special Kale Chane Ki Sabzi
Kale Chane (black chickpeas) is a delicious and healthy Indian curry. The curry prepared with this recipe has dry texture and its a good source of protein. I prepraed this recipe for navratri kanya bhojan.

Total Time:35 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bowl Kala chana(Soaked for 8-10 hours and Boiled )
Boiled chana water
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Hing
1 tsp Dried Mango Powder
2 tbsp Oil
Salt as per taste
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp Cumin(jeera)Powder
Half tsp Dry Ginger Powder
Method:
Heat Oil in a kadai/pan,Add cumin seeds and let it splitter.
Add hing and green chilli ,Then add boiled chana water.
Take a bowl,Add Dried Mango Powder,Coriander Powder,Dry Ginger Powder,Cumin Powder,Red Chilli Powder and Salt.Mix it well.
Once the boiled chana water starts boiling,Add Dry Masala and mix well and let the masala cook for 4-5 Minutes on low flame.
Add boiled chana and let it cook and let the gravy thicken.
Turn off the flame and take in a serving bowl.
Kale Chane Ki Sabzi is Ready.
