Dal Pakwan
Dal pakwan is famous sindhi breakfast recipe.Dal pakwan is chana dal serve with pakwan,you can also have this dal as a snack or a lunch too serve dal pakwan with different toppings like chopped onion,sev,green and sweet chutney.

Cooking Time: 20-25 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Ingredients
1 cup maida dough
1 tablespoon oil (for deep-frying)
1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Red chilli powde (as per taste)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon dried mango powder
Salt to taste
Ghee for drizzling
Method:
To make dal, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add chana dal, tamarind pulp, garammasala powder,chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and dried mango powder.
Mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
Take the prepare dough into equal portions and make round shape ball.
Roll out to make a thin puris. prick puri with help of fork on top and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Garnish dal with a coriander
Drizzle some ghee on top and serve hot with pakwan.
