Cheese Paneer Paratha
Today I am with a tasty and yummy cheese paneer paratha recipe.Paneer Paratha is whole-wheat flat bread filled spiced paneer Indian Cheese. This is a good breakfast option and kids lunch box recipe also.

Ingredients:
For The Dough:
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup maida(optional)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
For The Stuffing
1 cup grated paneer(cottage cheese)
1 cup grated processed cheese
1 cup finely chopped spring onions(optional)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp.oregano
1 tbsp.mix herbs
1 tbsp.dry garlic powder
Salt(if needed)
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
Butter/oil for cooking
For the dough:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water and keep aside.
For the stuffing:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl/plate and keep aside.
Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into small round chapatis.
Place the stuffing on the first roti and spread evenly.
Cover with the other roti prepared and press the edges well.
Again roll with light hands and roast on a hot tawa using little oil/butter till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serve hot with ketchup,chutney and pickles.
