Chilli fry
Chilly fry is an easy recipe which can made very quickly.Green chilly cooked as a side dish cooked in a salt,peanuts and lemon water.

Total time:10 Minutes
Ingredients:
Green chilli-8
Salt to taste
2 tsp Crushed peanuts
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Method:
Slit the green chllies with knife.
Turn on the flame and heat the pan and dd oil and let it heatOnce oil is heated, add cumin seeds.
Add green chilli and fry the green chilly for 2 minutes on low flame, keep flipping.
Once, the chillies colour turns light brown, add salt and crushed peanuts and flip it for 2-3 minutes.
Take out the fried chillies in a plate and add lemon juice.
Chilly fry is ready to serve.
