Cheese Ball
A cheese ball recipe is a perfect snack and kids favourite dish. Also serve at get-together party.This cheese ball is every one all time party favourite serve with ketchup and crackers.
Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Total time :40 Minutes
2 potatoes
Grated cheese 1/2 cubes
1/4 black pepper crushed
Mix herbs 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 2-3 tablespoon
Salt as required
1 cup bread crumbs
Method:
Boil and peel potatoes,let them cool completly. mash potatoes in a mixing bowl
Add grated cheese,black pepper, mix herbs,oregano,salt if required and 1 tablespoon corn starch,2 tablespoon bread crumbs mix all ingredients well make small balls from the mixture.

Heat oil for deep frying in kadai when the oil became hot, add one cheese ball for testing the oil has to be hot or not otherwise cheese ball may break.
Fry till balls get to became golden and crispy.Remove them in absorbing paper.
Serve cheese ball hot with Tomato ketchup and Chutney.
Note: Add salt if required you can also add gram flour or purpose flour.
