FARALI COCONUT CHUTNEY

Farali Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney/vrat ki chutney is easy,simplest chutney on a fasting days to be serve as a side dish with vrat snack,samo.This chutney is only made up of few ingredients coconut,green chillies,cumin seeds,rock salt.I made This chutney in mahashivratri,navratri,janmashtami and also with idle and dosa.

Prepration Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 medium size Coconut (cut in pieces)

2-3 Green Chillies

1 tbsp Oil

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 tsp Sugar

Lemon Juice

Salt to taste

Method:

Griend coconut pieces,chillies,rock salt,lemon juice and little water and make a smooth paste.

If you want chutney consistency watery than add little water in it.

Take chutney in bowl.

Heat 1 tabelspoon oil in tempering pan add cumin seeds when it started crackle pour tadka on chutney and mix it well.

Serve coconut chutney with vrat snacks.

Note: You can serve this chutney with idli,dosa and with regular snacks.
