ALOO PARATHA

Aloo Paratha


Ingredients:


3 boiled potatoes                                                

2 small finely chopped onion (optional)

coriender leaves finely chopped

small piece of ginger (chopped or grated)

1 or 2 green chilies ( finely chopped)

salt,red chili powder and garam masala as per taste

butter or ghee .

Method:

For cover make dough out of whole wheat flour (atta) as you would do for roti.

Mash the potatoes.

Add all stuffing items to mash potatoes and mix properly

Make a medium size chapati, add the filling to one chapati and cover it.

Now roll it slightly,Put it in a pan.

When top side is done, change the side, spread butter or ghee on paratha .

Yummy aloo paratha is ready .

Serve Aloo Paratha hot with chutney ,yogurt (curd).
