MANGO PICKLE|| INSTANT RAW MANGO PICKLE||

Raw Mango Pickle

Raw Mango 🥭Pickle Is a Tongue- Tickling Pickle That Everyone Loves to Eat.This instant pickle recipe is quick and easy to make. The pickle is prepared with raw unripe mangoes, mustard seeds, curry leaves and some spice powders. It is made in Summers. Also, Indian Meals Are Incomplete Without Pickles. So, try this Instant Pickle At Home and Enjoy!

Ingredients:


2 raw mangoes🥭🥭


2 tbsp split mustard seeds(Rai na Kuria)


1 tbsp fenugreek seeds(Methi na kuria)


1 tsp Asafoetida(Hing)


4 tbsp Mustard Oil/Refined Oil


2 and 1/2 tbsp Red chilli Powder


2 tsp Salt


2 tbsp Mustard Oil/Refined oil


Method:


Wash and dry Raw mangoes and cut it in your choice's size by removing seeds.




Take a plate/bowl and add split mustard seeds,methi na kuria, hing and keep it aside.


Heat saucepan and add oil and let it heat properly.




Once it heats,turn off the flame and add oil in the prepared masalas(spices) and mix continuously.




As mixture becomes lukewarm,add red chilli powder and mix well.


Take a large bowl and add chopped raw mangoes,salt and prepared mixture and mix well until all raw mango pieces gets coated with mixture.




Transfer the pickle in glass jar.




Heat oil and let it cool completely once heatens.




As oil cools,add the oil in the pickle so that it becomes tasty.


Keep the lid open and keep the pickle open atleast for 2 hours.




Store it in fridge to keep it fresh for 15-20 days .

Note/Tip:


1. Store the pickle in glass jar only.


2. Let oil cool completely so that pickle don't taste bad.
