Atta Suji Noodles |
Noodles are very popular among all of us and specially kids are very fond of noodles. No store bought noodles can beat these eggless homemade noodles when it comes to health and taste both. So, now enjoy making these noodles at home without worrying about your kids demanding it frequently!
Ingridients:
2 cup Semolina( suji)
1/2 cup wheat flour
Salt as per taste
1 cup Water
Water for Boiling
Method:
In a mixer jar, add suji and Grind it until becomes fine.
Take suji in a bowl and add wheat flour and salt.
Add water and knead soft dough for 7-8 minutes.
Add oil and cover it for 15 mins.
After 15 minutes,remove dough and grease chakli mould with oil.
Make the dough of that mould shape and place a sev jali and take a plate,sprinkle some flour so that the noodles doesn't stick.
Now,apply pressure and make noodles of your own size.(You can also see the whole method in My Youtube Video given below).
Another method is roll out circular shape and dust flour and cut it in stripes. I recommend this method.
Meanwhile,heat sufficient quantity of water and as it boils,add salt and add prepared noodles it it.
Add noodles separately so that it doesn't stick to each other. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until proper texture.
Take noodles in a strainer and wash with cold water . After it cools down,add oil and you can store it in air-tight container/Fridge for 1-2 days.
