Make This Super Soft And Spongy Small Eggless Marble Cake In Katori Without Any aluminum Mould and Ovan So Let's Try This Yummy Cake Recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Maida
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1/4 Cup Refiend oil
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 Cup Water
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp Water
Method:
In a bowl add Curd and powder whisk it well untill creamy texture.
Add Oil again mix it well
Now Seive all Dry ingredients like Maida, baking soda,baking powder and mix with with ingredients.
Add water and Vanilla essence and make lumps free cake batter.
Vanilla batter is ready.
Meanwhile Preheat kadhai
In kadhai place stand and tune off the flame cover kadhai with a lid and let Preheat for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Now Divide the cake Batter into two part.In One part add Cocoa powder and 2 Tsp Water to make chocolate batter. Mix it well.
Chocolate batter is ready.Keep aside
Grease steel or aluminum bowl/Katori using oil.
First pour 1 to 2 Tbsp vanilla batter after vanilla batter pour chocolate batter.
Repeat same method until bowl fill half.
Make design using toothpick for marble cake.
Now after 15 Minutes preheating is done place cake bowl on a stand.
And bake for 15-20 Minutes.
After 15 minutes cake are ready.
Let it cool down completely
Once cool down completely demould marble cake.
Small beautiful Marble cake are ready...
