Doremon Cake
I Got My First Order To Bake-A-Cake and that is too for the Divine souls (Kids between the age of 3-14) And Here Is the Cake Image which I Prepared On the occasion of Children's day.

Here I am sharing recipe Of this beautiful cake
Ingredients For Chocolate Sponge Cake
1&1/2 Cup Maida
200 ml Condensed Milk
4 tbsp butter/Refined Oil 
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Chocolate Essences

 Ingredients For Frosting 
2 Cup Whipped Cream
1/2 Tsp Chocolate Essence

For Blue Colour Cream
1/4 Tsp Blue Food Gel Colour

For Sugar Syrup
1/4 Tsp Chocolate Essence
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Water

For chocolate Ganache
30 Gram Dark Chocolate
3 Tbsp Cream 
Method
To Make Sponge Cake
Baking:
First Preheat Kadhai Place stand in centre of kadhai and Cover with a lid for 15 Minutes.
*In microwave and oven Preheat oven for 10 minutes and bake cake for 30-35 Minutes.
 
Cake batter
In a bowl add 200 ml condensed Milk
Add butter/oil Mix until creamy texture
Add Chocolate essence
And mix it well
Now sieve all dry ingredients
(Maida, baking powder,baking soda, cocoa Powder)
Add all Sieved ingredients in condensed milk mixture and mix all ingredients well 
Add milk using cut and fold method and make lumps free batter.

In 8 inch  Cake tin pour Cake batter 
Before adding cake batter grease Cake tin using butter and dust with maida.
Now After preheating done.

Place Cake tin in kadhai Cover lid 
And bake cake for 35-40 Minutes.

After 35 Minutes Turn off the flame And Chocolate Sponge cake is ready.

Let sponge cake cool down completely.

How to Make Whipped cream.
In a bowl take 2 cup Whipped cream.

Using electric hand blender blend cream until stiff peaks.

Once stiff peack appear it means whipped cream is perfectly done for frosting cake.

Divide cream into two equal Parts.

In one part add blue colour and make blue colour whipped cream for Doremon outer Side face.

Cake frosting

First take sponge cake on turning table now make two layer of cake using bread knife.

Keep one layer aside

Now apply sugar syrup on 1 cake layer.

NOW apply white whipped cream on top of the cake layer

Place second layer and repeat same process.This time apply cream on side of cake and using pallete knife or scrapper remove  access cream and level the cream and make Smooth cream frosting.

Now clean the side of a cake.

And refrigarate cake atleast for 30 Minutes.

For Chocolate Ganache

Using double boiler method
Melt chocolate adding cream in it
Let it cool down 
Once Ganache cool down add Ganache in a piping bag.


After 30 Minutes Remove cake from fridge 
And draw Doremon face using toothpick

ONCE drawing work is complete.

Make dark border using chocolate Ganache
Fill Ganache to make eyes in eyes portion.

Next take blue ganache in piping bag Using small star nozzle Make small star on outer side of Doremon face.

And using white cream and small star nozzle make small star and fill inner side of face to make perfect  Doremon Cake.

Once you done with design.Refrigerate cake atleast for 5 Hours Before cutting.

Now Doremon Cake is ready.
