Banana Chia Seeds Smoothie


INGREDIENTS

1 banana

1 cup milk 

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

2 tsp soaked chia seeds

1-2 tsp Honey

Method

In a mixture jar add banana,chia seeds,cinnamon powder,milk and honey.

Blend all ingredients well.

And pour smoothie in a glass 

Healthy banana chia seeds smoothie is ready to serve....


Second healthy Drink

Turmeric Chia Seeds Milk 

1 Cup Milk

1-2 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Turmeric

1/4 tsp dry ginger powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Take one cup lukewarm milk


Add soaked chia seeds,cinnamon powder,dry ginger powder,Turmeric powder and mix it well.

Turmeric chia seeds is ready to serve.
