Potato Donuts.
A finger licking recipe that is cricpy from outside and soft from inside,it is kids favourite recipe you can also serve this with mayonnaise or chutney.Ingredients:
1 bowl boiled potato
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp pizza mix
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Oil for frying/greasing
Grated cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp jeera powder
Method:
Mix 1 cup each of boiled mashed potato and bread crumbs.
Add 1/2 tsp chilli flakes,oregano,pizza mix, cumin powder,salt and 2 tbsp corn flour.
Mix all ingredients well add oil.
Make a smooth dough.
Grease the back of a plate with oil.
Take a little dough in oil greasesd palm.
Dust the plate and dough with corn flour.
Roll into a thick poori.
Cut a round in a centre
Remove the edges.
Cut a smaller circle in between.
Shape all the donuts in the same way.
Sprinkle some cornflour over ready donuts.
Deep fry in hot oil fry till golden brown.
Remove and keep on a paper napkin.
Sprinkle cheese on top,serve hot .
