Paneer Kheer
Paneer Kheer is a quick sweet dessert that can be made on any festival and occasion like navratri,dusshera and diwali. I plan to add some quick and easy sweets for upcoming festivals. Paneer Kheer is one such desert that can be made under 25 minutes. Paneer Kheer is been flavoured with saffron milk and cardamon powder. Cardamom powder is a must.

100 gms Grated Paneer
2 cups milk
1/4 cup or as per taste sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp saffron
1 tsp ghee
Method:
Heat a kadhai,add ghee and let it melt,add milk and let it come to a boil.
When milk comes to boil lower the flame simmer the milk till it thicken a bit.for about 5 to 6 minutes keep stirring the milk at intervals when it simmering.
Then add sugar,cardamom powder and saffron milk and let it boil.
Then add sugar,cardamom powder and saffron milk and let it boil.
Once it boil,add grated paneer and mix well simmer for a 2 minutes till grated paneer get cook . Let it thicken.
Turn off the flame
Paneer Kheer is ready!
Serve hot,warm or chilled.
