LASANIYA BATETA

Lasaniya Bateta

Lasaniya Bateta is from Gujurat. It is garlic flavoured potatoes. Lasaniya Bateta is like a spicy sabzi. If you like and tolerate hot food, then this recipe is for you. Lasaniya Bateta is more famous in Kathiyawad(Saurashtra),a region of Western India. Sometimes, they have it as a snack with fried rice papads or fryums. While some prefers to have it with roti or paratha as a meal.I have made parathas like Paneer Paratha and Aloo Paratha.
