KURKURI CHATPATI BHINDI

Kurkuri Chatpati Bhindi

Bhindi/Okra is one of the favourite vegetable at my home. I make many different recipe,but this is very easy and quick method of kurkuri chatpati bhindi that tastes awesome . I am sharing this kurkuri bhindi  recipe with you hope you all like my recipe.

Cooking time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:





300 grams bhindi/okra

1 green chilli 

1 tsp  red chillli flakes

1 tsp jeera powder

1 tsp mustard seeds/jeera

1/4  tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 

1 pouch maggi magic masala

1/4  tsp aamchur powder

1/4 cup oil

Method:

Wash bhindi well.Than wipe it dry using kitchen towel.

Now cut bhindi into the thin slice.

Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat,once oil heated add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and asafoetida.



Once cumin seeds colour changes,add lady's finger and stir it well.



While cooking bhindi,add aamchur powder and mix well.Aamchur powder avoid stickiness.

Shallow fry till they are golden brown and crispy.Once,lady's finger colour changes,add ginger garlic paste and green chilli,mix well.



Add turmeric powder,jeera powder,chilli flakes and maggi masala-a-magic. Mix them well.



Turn off the flame.

Kurkuri Chatpati Bhindi is Ready To Serve. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with roti or phulke.

Note or Suggestion:

While cooking bhindi,stir only 2 or 3 times.
