DHABA STYLE PANEER HYDERABADI

Dhaba Style Paneer Hyderabadi

A delicious main dish recipe, Hyderabadi Paneer is a must try for occasions like dinners and buffets. Made with paneer with a touch of spices like bayleaf,clove,cardamom stick . This is an easy sabzi that you and your family will enjoy. It is found in all over the India. In this recipe I have added vegetables like tomato,onion and spinach and coriander and because of spinach,It's colour changes into green. This easy paneer recipe is so finger-licking delicious.

Cooking Time:20 Minutes

Total Time:35 Minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:



1 bowl paneer

2 onion chopped (slice)

1 Chopped Tomato

1 bowl spinach(palak)

1/2 bowl coriander

Salt as per taste

1/4 bowl oil

8-10 cashewnuts (optional)

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 clove

1 inch cardamom stick

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp dahi

1/4 bowl fresh cream

1 tbsp kasuri methi

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 green chilli

piece of ginger

8-10 garlic cloves

1 tbsp coriander powder

1/2 tbsp jeera powder

Water as required

Method:

Heat a kadhai and add oil and let it heat.Add onion,ginger,green chilli and garlic.




Mix it till the onion's become transparent.Add cashewnuts and mix it well.



Add coriander and spinach leaves and let it cook.Add tomatoπŸ… and mix well.




Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.Then,take the mixture in a mixer jar.



Blend all the ingredients well till it becomes smooth paste.



Now,in the same kadhai,add 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat.



Once,oil start's heating,add bay leaf,cardamom stick and clove.Add the mixture we have made.




Add salt,coriander powder and jeera powder and mix.Then,cover it for 3-4 minutes.




Add red chilli powder,dahi and fresh cream(home made malai) and mix it well.Add water and garam masala and mix it well.





Add paneer and kasuri methi and cover it for 2-3 minutes.





After 2-3 minutes,open the cover and garnish with coriander leaves.



Serve hot with roti and naan.
