MANGO JAM

Mango Jam

Tasty mango jam with a hint of lemon juice flavour. This recipe cannot be stored for a longer period of time. Homemade mango jam is very delicious and better than the store bought one. Because homemade mango jam has no preservatives and pectin. Here I have use the mango puree to make the smooth consistency of the jam. If you need more chunky,then you can use the chopped mangoes.


Preparation Time:10 Minutes

Cooking Time:20 Minutes

Total Time:30 Minutes

Servings:4-5

Ingredients:


3 mangoes puree 

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 bowl sugar or as per taste

Method:

Heat a kadhai,add mango puree and put in medium flame. Mix it well and let it heat.


Add sugar and lemon juice and stir it continuosly till it becomes thick and transparent.




Take mango jam in serving bowl.

Mango Jam is ready. Enjoy it with roti or bread.
