MANGO ICE-CREAM

Mango Ice-Cream

This mango ice-cream is so creamy rich and soft that it is like heaven in my mouth. Homemade ice-cream is very tasty and safe from the store bought ice-cream. Homemade ice-cream has no artificial flavours and colours.First I made aamras and then ice-cream.Try this yummy,tasty ice-cream.



Preparation Time:10 Minutes

Fridge Time:10-12hours

Servings:4

Ingredients:



1 1/2 bowl fresh cream

1/4 bowl nuts powder(optional)

Powder sugar as per taste

1 small bowl condensed milk

2 alphonso mangoes(peeled and chopped)

Method:

In a mixer jar,add chopped mangoes,nuts powder,powder sugar,condensed milk and fresh cream. Blend all the ingredients well.





Take the mixture in an ice-cream container and freeze it for 12 hours.



After 12 hours,remove the ice-cream container. Take ice-cream in a serving bowl or glass.

Mango Ice-Cream is ready!

Note:

You can take alphonso mangoes.

After 1-2 hours,mix the ice-cream so that no ice crystals are formed.
