KALAKAND

Kalakand 

This authentic recipes I am sharing today is just a easy and shortcut method to make great tasty kalakand that can be prepared on any festivals and occasion.I am preparing this recipe specially for gudi padwa and chaitra navratri.


Prepration Time: 5 Minutes 

Cooking Time: 15 minutes 

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients: 

1 can milkmaid (200 grams) 


1 cup crumbel paneer

2 tbsp kesar milk (optional you can use kewda,rose water also)

1 tsp cardemom powder 

Nuts for garnishing.




Method:

Grase  a plate or foil papaer keep it side.



Pour condence milk in a heavy bottom pan or kadai warm up on low flame.




Add greated paneer,kesar milk,cardemom powder to the pan.




Stir and mix well cook on a low flame stir continusaly to prevent burning

once it become thick mass and begins to leave the side of the pan switch of the flame.



Transfer kalakand mixtur to the butter papaer or grase plate.




Sprinkle the nuts and lightly take them in.

Refrigerate kalakand  for 1 or 2 hours cut to desire shapes.

Note: Use heavy bottom kadai,pan for making kalakand.
