FRENCH BEANS DRY SABZI

French Beans Dry Sabzi

French Beans are sweet vegetables.They belong to peas family.french beans can be eaten raw or cooked.French beans can be cooked in curry.You can make french beans with gravy or dry sabzi.This vegetable is available in almost all seasons.These beans have very low
calories and no saturated fat.But,they are rich in vitamins and minerals.French beans can also be used in vegetable pulao or other rice preparation.You can use this versatile 
vegetable in all kind of recipe.So,lets check the recipe of french beans dry sabzi with some different method without onion or tomato.



Preparation Time:10 Minutes

Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Total Time:25 Minutes

Ingredients: 



1 tbsp kitchen king masala

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp chilli flakes/powder chilli

Pinch of hing

1 tbsp chilli garlic paste

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp maggi masala-a-magic powder

2 tsp turmeric powder

Salt as per taste

7-8 curry leaves

250gm french beans(washed,cut and chopped)

Method:

Heat oil in a kadhai,add cumin seeds and let it splitter.Add curry leaves and pinch of hing.



Add french beans(fansi) and mix it well and cover it for 5-8 minutes.




After 5-8 minutes,mix it well,add salt,turmeric powder and chilli garlic paste.Mix it well and cover it for 2 minutes.


After 2 minutes, remove the lid and add kicthen king masala,maggi masala-a-magic and chilli flakes and saute it for 2-3 minutes.




Turn off the flame.

French beans dry sabzi is ready to serve.
