Oats Chilla
Oats chilla is the Healthy Diet recipe.We can also make it in kids lunchbox as a breakfast recipe. Oats chilla is a perfect breakfast to your day.We can also add different vegetables for making this chilla more healthier.

Ingredients:
1 cup masala oats powder (you can also use plain oats)
Salt to taste
1 tsp curd
1 small onion(chopped)
Oil as needed
Water as needed
1-2 green chilly(finely chopped)
Method:
First,powder the oats in grinder,take oats powder in a bowl.Add curd,salt(If required),chopped onions and green chilly.mix it well.
Now start by adding little water and keep mixing.
Make smooth,thick,runny consistency batter like rava uttapam batter.
Now heat the pan,add teaspoon of oil in a pan.Add ladleful of batter and spread it evenly into round shape.
Let the chilla cook on medium flame.
Once it cook in bottom side,spread some more oil on the top surface and flip the chilla.
Cook other side as well.
Once other side is cooked,turn off the flame.Take chilla in serving plate.
Serve oats chilla hot with green chilly or tomato ketchup.
Note:
You can also add rice flour or gram flour in oats chilla batter.
