GREEN CHILLI PICKLE

Green chilli pickle

Green chilli pickle recipe is very simple and instant dish with very few ingredients like mustard seeds, lemon juice,turmeric which enhance aroma and taste.



Preparation Time:5 minutes

Cooking Time:10 Minutes

Total Time:15 Minutes

Servings:4

Ingredients:

100 grams green chilli                               

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 

1/2 Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp salt 

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp mustard seeds

2-3 tbsp oil

Method:

Rinse and wipe green chilli very well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute till ginger garlic colour changes light brown.



Add salt,turmeric powder and mustard seeds and saute for 2-3 minutes.




Add green chilli and mix all ingredients well.




Switch off the flame,take green chilli pickle in a bowl.Let it cool for 2 minutes add lemon juice.Mix it well.

Green chilli pickle is ready to serve with parathas,lunch or dinner.
