Aloo Jeera Fry

Jeera Aloo is a typical vegetarian Indian dish which is often served as a side dish and normally goes well with hot puris, chapati, roti or dal.
Prepration Time:10 Minutes
Cooking Time:15 Minutes
Total Time:25 Minutes
Ingredients:
5-6 boiled potatoes(boiled,peel,chopped)
Salt as per taste
pinch of asafotia(hing)
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
Oil as needed
1 Sachet magic masala
Salt as per taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds(jeera) and let these sizzle in the oil.
Now add potato cubes and mix it well with cumin seeds.
Let potato colour change till brown and potato become crispy.
Now add salt ,turmeric powder and mix well .Add magic masala,saute for 2-3 minutes
Turn of the flame, take jeera aloo fry in a bowl.
Enjoy this with paratha,dal-rice and roti.
